1 large cucumber, peeled, cut in chunks
½ leek, white and light green parts only, cut in pieces
2 cups spinach leaves, lighty packed
1 small bunch parsley
Ice cubes, optional
Using light pressure, juice all ingredients through the Juiceman® juicer on Speed 1.
