Recipe – An apple a day keeps the coffee jitters away!

Change up your morning routine by replacing coffee with apples. If you’re feeling sleepy grab an apple and ditch the caffeine because apples give you more energy than a cup of coffee!

This incredible combo of greens is packed with health-goods with a hint of apple sweetness. It doesn’t hurt that it’s rich in calcium, copper, iron, potassium, and vitamins B1, B2, C, E, and K.

INGREDIENTS:
5 to 6 leaves kale
2 large handfuls spinach
1 green apple
1/2 cucumber
4 to 6 celery stalks
3 to 4 sprigs fresh mint
Handful parsley
Handful cilantro

DIRECTIONS:
Wash all produce well. Core the apples and cut all ingredients into juice-able pieces. Juice and enjoy!
